Kim is a global-minded author, speaker, and designer who works at the vibrant intersections of the arts, tech, wellbeing, and civic empowerment. Kim is a former State of the Union guest of honor, retired senior military officer, and an internationally prominent professor-turned-whistleblower who exposed three of the largest civil rights cover-ups in recent U.S. military history. Kim is currently working on a memoir which aims to inspire hopeful actions that people can take every day to resist oppression, reimagine systems change, and retune our social connectedness.

Inspired by her Caribbean ancestry, music is Kim’s primary love language for her art, activism, and design approaches. Kim believes that everyone has an instrument for orchestrating systemic change.
Her boutique design studio offers space for changemakers to reimagine social innovation within workplaces, neighborhoods, communities, and governments. She ignites and facilitates projects that emerge from the joy, courage, and artistry of changemakers unlearning and learning how to collectively play their instruments together.
